Programme Overview

Business administration with addition of human resource field, covering a range of areas such as training and development, occupational health and safety, industrial relations and recruitment of both nationally and internationally

HR professionals enjoy a range of career options from recruiting, to training and development, to labor relations and benefits administration

1.     Pass a Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C (NGMP 2.00) in any 2 subjects and pass Mathematics and English at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level, or equivalent qualification; or

 

2.     Graduated with a Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum of Jayyid, and pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level; or

 

3.     Eligibility equivalent to a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or 5, KKM); or

 

4.     Matriculation / Basic Eligibility with CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.

 

English language competency requirements for international students: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 550 or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 5.5 or equivalent.

 

Note: Mathematics and English language requirements at SPM level for candidates (i) and (ii) may be excluded if the eligibility includes Mathematics and English subjects and their achievement / equivalent to the requirement of passing the subject at SPM level.
